2nd hour

EV Lab

1. 2 wheeler open section
   • Identify components in Powertrain and LV systems
2. 4 wheeler demo - (Anti Theft, IoT, Reverse Camera, Smart BMS)

Day 2: Vehicle Dynamics & Battery Calculations

1st hour

Classroom

• Basic Vehicle Dynamics calculations for Powertrain sizing
• Tata Nexon Case Study
• Use Interactive calculator to check custom values

2nd hour

EV Lab

• Battery manufacturing demo
• Battery construction calculations - Tata Nexon EV
• Use interactive calculator to check custom values

Day 3: Chassis/Motor development pipeline

1st hour

• EV development pipeline - showcase of theoretical calculation, MATLAB/hand calculations, 3D modelling using SolidWorks/Catia, Ansys Simulation in Workbench, Fluent and Maxwell models

2nd hour

• Career & growth Opportunity for Mech/Elec graduates
• Certification Qualifying Test
